We have a 7-day replacement/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return. The delivery date is considered as Day 1.
To be eligible for a replacement/return, your item must be in the same condition that the Customer received, un-worn and unused, with tags, and its box inside the courier bag must not be torn or cut open except tape.
NOTE- Returns will be accepted only in the same condition when the product turns out to be wrong and you should have the opening video of that too
Note:- The Health & Beauty product will neither be refunded nor replaced if you have opened the product
Below Evidence / Videos are mandatory for return/replacement:
1. Opening Video of Parcel.
2. Proof of purchase or Packing label.
3. Non-electronic item: Photo of the Product in which the full product is visible.
4.. Electronic Item: Video of the Product in which it must be shown that the product is not working after trying as per the instructions provided on the packaging or Customer Care.
If the Delivered product is according to the specifications shown on the Website and the customer still wants to return it, then the Rs.180 per Product will be deducted from the final refund amount as courier charges.
Orders which are received in damaged condition/ defective/ wrong product are eligible for Free replacement. Customers can choose whether they want the same design/ size in replacement or any other design/ size of the same product.
However, If the design/size requested in replacement has a higher value than the delivered product, then the Customer has to pay the difference in Advance then only the replacement item will be dispatched. Otherwise, the same design/ size will be sent as a replacement.
Returnable items: First the damaged / defective/wrong product will be replaced, if the Customer is not satisfied with the replaced item then only it will be eligible for the refund or if the Customer wants a refund without replacement then there will be charges of Rs. 180 as courier charges which will be deducted from the refund amount.
To request replacement/return, Please contact us at sales@offerz.live. If your replacement/return is accepted, we will arrange for reverse pick up of the Product.
NOTE: Customers who give wrong information about the received product, or use any kind of foul language/threatening/trying to defame our website will not be eligible for refund or replacement and legal action may be taken against them.
Damages / Wrong Product / Empty Parcel
Please make the opening Video of the parcel inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Cosmetics, Lipsticks, etc.) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to provide the preferred payment method to get a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
