Once you purchase an offer, a unique QR code and coupon ID will be generated in your 'My Offers' section. Simply show this QR code to the vendor at the shop to redeem the deal.
Deals are generally non-refundable once purchased, as they are often limited-time flash offers. However, if the vendor is unable to honor the deal, please contact our support within 48 hours for a refund.
Ensure you have enabled location permissions in the OfferZ app. The home screen will automatically show you the best deals within a 5km to 10km radius of your current location.
