This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

In addition to any opt-out provided by the services listed above, Users may follow the instructions from YourOnlineChoices (EU), the Network Advertising Initiative (US), the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan), or similar initiatives. The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an app called AppChoices to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps. Users may also opt out via device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).
Among the types of Personal Data that OfferZ collects, by itself or through third parties, are: Tracker; Usage Data; IP address; device information; unique device identifiers for advertising (e.g., Google Advertiser ID or IDFA); Universally unique identifier (UUID); crash data; email address; first name; last name; billing address; payment data; purchase history; geographic position (approximate location); language; saved offers, bookmarks, and vendor business information (including GSTIN, PAN, or other business documents).

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using OfferZ.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by OfferZ is mandatory. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to provide the Service. Where OfferZ states that some Data is not mandatory, you are free not to provide it without consequences.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory may contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies or other tracking tools by OfferZ or by third-party services used by OfferZ serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in this document and the Cookie Policy (if available).
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data they obtain, publish, or share through OfferZ and confirm they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.
The Owner may use Personal and Usage Data collected through OfferZ to create or update User profiles. This allows the Owner to evaluate User choices, preferences, and behaviour for the purposes outlined in this document. User profiles may also be created using automated tools (algorithms), which can be provided by third parties. Your collected data for creating or updating user profiles will be automatically deleted 30 days after initial collection.
Methods of processing
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Data. Processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organisational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, Data may be accessible to certain types of persons involved with the operation of OfferZ (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (e.g., technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies) appointed as Data Processors. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.
Legal basis of processing

Personal Data shall be processed and stored as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected. Therefore:
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability cannot be enforced after the retention period expires.

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner. In particular, Users have the right to: Withdraw consent at any time; Object to processing of their Data; Access their Data; Verify and seek rectification; Restrict processing; Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed; Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller; Lodge a complaint with their competent data protection authority.
Details about the right to object to processing: Where Personal Data is processed for a public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner, or for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests, Users may object to such processing by providing a ground related to their particular situation. If Personal Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, Users may object at any time without providing any justification.
How to exercise these rights: Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner using the contact details at the end of this document. These requests are free of charge and will be addressed as early as possible, always within one month.
Legal action
The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of OfferZ or the related Services. Users declare they are aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, OfferZ and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with OfferZ (system logs) and use other Personal Data (such as IP Address) for this purpose.
Changes to this privacy policy
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this page and/or within OfferZ. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom.
This part of the document integrates with and supplements the information contained in the rest of the privacy policy and is provided by the business running OfferZ. The provisions apply to all Users who are consumers residing in the state of California, according to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Your Brazilian privacy rights: Confirmation of processing; access; rectification; anonymisation; blocking or deletion; portability; revocation of consent; lodging a complaint with the ANPD; and opposing processing that violates the law.
